General Information

RENTAL REQUEST FORM – The Rental Request Form is the first step to obtaining a license agreement for your upcoming event.

FACILITY REPRESENTATIVE – Crosley management will assign a Facility Representative approximately one month prior to your scheduled event.

SECURITY – Management has the right to require security for any event at the Licensee’s expense. Should you choose to have security, arrangements are made with your Facility Representative.

INSURANCE – Events are required to provide Event Liability Insurance – Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence. All certificates must name Manatee Civic Center Authority and Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida as additional insured.

CATERING, WINE AND SPIRITS – All contracted caterers must be approved by Crosley management in advance of your event. The Crosley Estate holds the liquor license and must supply all alcohol service. We will be happy to discuss your options for a cash bar, hosted bar or combination of the two.

PAYMENT – All payments for the use of the Crosley Estate required payment 21 days prior to the event. Personal checks will not be accepted less than 21 days prior to event. Visa, Master Card and Discover are accepted.

Prices effective 10/27/10

Rental time: 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Additional hours (11 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.): $125 per hour
Additional hours (12 a.m. - 6:59 a.m.): $250 per hour
Additional hours for move-in (7 a.m. - 11 a.m.): $60 per hour
(Request for move-in/-out day at this rate may be made 30 days prior to event.)

Crosley Estate Basic Rental Entails:
First- and second-floor common areas, including all public areas of the first floor (Great Room, Library, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook, Brides Room), all public areas of the second floor (Gallery, Balcony, Ship Room, Groom's Room), public restrooms on both floors, Terrace and Bayside Pavillion
Saturday: $4,500 per day
Friday or Sunday: $3,500 per day
Monday - Thursday: $2,500 per day

Crosley Estate Full Rental Entails:
First- and second-floor common areas, including all public areas of the first floor (Great Room, Library, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook, Brides Room), all public areas of the second floor (Gallery, Balcony, Ship Room, Groom's Room), public restrooms on both floors, Terrace, Bayside Pavillion and Bayside Lawn
Saturday: $4,900 per day
Friday or Sunday: $3,900 per day
Monday - Thursday: $2,900 per day
Rehearsal time: $100 (two-hour period)
(Between the hours of 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. if available and 30 days prior to event)

Business Meeting Rentals (six hours maximum):

Exclusive Use: $1,000
Single-Room Non-exclusive Use (7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.): $500 
After 11 p.m. to 10 a.m.: $125 per hour

Holiday Surcharge – A surcharge will be charged applicable building rent plus $350 per day for holidays. Additional labor costs will be applied. Discounts will not apply to holidays.

Wine & Spirits

Due to license restrictions, all alcohol consumed on premise must be purchased and sold by the Crosley Estate staff. Licensee will have the opportunity to select the type of bar service prior to their special event. Prices subject to change.

BARTENDER – $150 up to eight hours; additional hours at $20/hour
