A Recipe For All Greens

When in doubt, this recipe will work for any type of green. It is foul-proof, quick and easy -- the perfect side for any meal.

Ingredients:
1 bunch greens (broccoli rabe, Asian greens, spinach, mustard greens, etc.)
1-2 cloves of roasted or sautéed garlic
1-2 T of soy sauce, tamari, or bacon fat
1-2 T olive oil

Preparation:
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil for a few seconds. Toss in the greens and cover with lid to steam them for a few minutes until they cook down. Pour over seasoning (soy sauce, etc.) and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
