The Manatee Convention Center offers a number of services for your event, including food services. Please refer to the list of approved caterers and let our booking coordinator know you need food services.  

Our current Approved Caterers List can be added to, just contact a member of BEST. Otherwise you may ask your booking coordinator about availability.

The Manatee Convention Center holds the liquor license and must supply all alcohol service. We will be happy to discuss your options for a cash bar, hosted bar or combination of the two. Your facility representative will be able to help you with those decisions.
