 The Conference Center at the Manatee Convention Center offers a fully equipped business center, separate entrance, its own restrooms and a separate pre-function area.
In the Conference Center, there is a choice of four large dividable meeting rooms and a spacious pre-function area. The meeting rooms are versatile enough to handle groups from five to 400. Amenities include:• 15,000 square feet of various-sized, carpeted meeting rooms
• 2,100-square-foot carpeted pre-function area
• Access to self-service business center

• Rental rates are for any given 14-hour period falling within the standard rental times
• Additional furnishing and equipment are available for rental Payment Requirements: All payments for the use of the Manatee Convention Center are required prior to the event day. Insurance Requirements: Events must provide Event Liability Insurance - Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence. You may talk to your event coordinator about purchasing this insurance through the Convention Center.
