A Victorian Christmas at the Crosley
7:30 p.m. Dec. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22 & 23
The Powel Crosley Theater is proud to announce an updated family tradition sure to put everyone in a cheerful and festive mood during the 2011 winter season. Stories and songs of the holiday will fill the rooms of the Estate. Colorful characters will tell stories like Gift of the Magi and A Christmas Tree along with works from authors such as the Grimm Brothers, Washington Irving, Charles Dickens and more. If the weather is not too cold the opening and closing of the evening will bring the cast and guests together on the bayside terrace.
Hemingway at the Crosley
2 p.m. Jan. 28 & 29; 7:30 p.m. Jan. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 31 and Feb. 1, 2 & 3
Gwendolyn Crosley invites Ernest Hemingway into her home for performances of some of his best-loved works. Hemingway will be joined by a few of his literary counterparts, along with some special guests from the silent silver screen. Should the temperamental Florida weather that Hemingway was so accustomed to stay calm the opening and closing pieces are performed outside.
Ticket Prices
Advance Purchase Single-Show Ticket Prices:
Adult Evening: $20 each
Adult Matinee: $15 each
Children ages 5-12: $10 each
Children under 5: Free when held on lap
Groups of 10 or more: $18 each
At-the-Door Single-Show Ticket Prices (Tickets purchased at the door incur a $5 convenience fee)

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable for a $2-per-ticket fee.

Seating
Shows are general admission seating. During "Victorian Christmas at the Crosley" and "Hemingway at the Crosley" audience members move from room to room within the estate to see three half-hour performances.
